What is the best way to get rid of stress acne?

I have been under a great deal of stress lately. Job related, and family oriented. An it seems the the more I try to get things done, and the more I think about the stresses the more acne appears on my face. I have heard about a lot of different face washes, and that it what I want to try. Nothing I have to buy online or through an infomercial. Can anyone reccomend a good face wash you can buy anywhere?
