I have to goto the cardiologist to have a stress test done in two days. I have heard that some people have heart attacks during these. What exactly is a stress test, and the risks?
I basically want to know how you reduce the pain that you receive from computer work…which is caused by physical stress.
With Christmas and any other holiday you may celebrate, How do you stay stress free when you have to be around people in your family or friends you don’t like and want nothing to do with?
