Fresh vegetables combat all diseases. Eat fresh fruit also.
Limit dairy products and all junk food.

caffeine promotes stress….coffee,….cokes
combatting stress:
chamomile tea for relaxation, calming nerves
gaucamole (avocados) balance hormones
also if ur feeling nervous, eat dairy, sometimes it’s going to put you to sleep or atleast relax u(esp. hot milk, sounds gross but it is actually okay and REALLY relaxes you to the max)
hot soups, good for the soul

combat stress: Highly Refined Fish Oil (www.zonediet.com). (There are a lot of contaminants in many lower-priced brands.)
promote stress: SUGAR

Foods that are helpful with stress are calcium rich foods, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, protein rich foods,fish, lentils, nuts and seeds. Also vitamin and mineral supplements such as magnesium, calcium and vitamins B-12, B-1 and B-6 are helpful with calming and regulating moods.
Avoid a lot of sugar, salt and caffeine and stay away from processed foods which are usually loaded with salt and/or sugar.
Eating food in its unprocessed, natural state is always the best way to go. Oh and one more thing, always avoid those so called “energy” drinks because they’re typically full of sugars and caffeine.
