		<description>Definitely stress can cause high BP. I would think the nurse would or should have suggested you see a doctor immediately as this can cause long term side effects and eventually death. I would recommend yoga, meditation and trying to get a good nights sleep - all these will help to bring your body stress levels down, but I would recommend consulting a doctor to ensure your health is protected. Stress is a terrible thing, and left untreated high BP can be fatal, so please take care of yourself and consult a doctor to get treatment ASAP. I wish you much luck and hope the stressful situation clears up soon and that you BP goes back down to normal as well. Good luck xx</description>
