How do you reduce your stress?

We all live in a hectic world. Work to be done and a lot of people to meet, so you may find it hard to find time for yourself. The bills keep coming in, the power is knockned out by a storm, or your commute to work has been effected by a blizzard, and or a flood. In your day what type of routine or lack of routine do you like to do to reduce your stress and overall health.

stop working to make my boss richer, and start working for MY satisfaction and welfare….

Try to workout for 30 minutes a day. Make it a vigorous workout. Or just run a little bit everyday. While doing this you are too busy to think about stressful things.

Scream in a pillow, listen to music, go for a walk, make ten funny faces in the mirror, dance (badly), sing.

Unfortunately there is no magic method that works for all, you have to try a few and see what works for you .
Sometimes it’s relaxing if you daydream, for a few minutes.
Whenever you feel like you are going to explode, take a deep breath and don’t exhale until you have counted to ten, slowly.
