What is the best way to relieve/reduce stress?

Take a dose of meditation. Not formal, instructed meditation, just find a quiet spot, get comfortable, and listen to your mind with out any effort or reaction.

Actually, the best thing is to find a hobby that you really enjoy, and do it when you feel stressed. I’ve found that a quick boxing session with a friend or a good run helps me out. Physical activity is one of the best ways to reduce stress. Try something like Pilates or kickboxing, or even just playing basketball.
