Just relax and be positive to relieve your stress. There is a product called Biohairs which can regrow your hair

Stress could trigger a lot of health problems and i think losing hair is one. You need to seek a professional help, that is the safest way you can do. For falling hair, try putting aloe vera extract on your scalp, that would help.

most hair things don’t work, some homeopathic stuff does but not for all, start releaving stress by working out or talking to a councelor. don’t let like get to you. remember to breathe and get out in the sun, become more athletic, and you hould feel better, also ,if hair starts falling out and you lose it/or have a bald spot please remember not to start the comb over it will make yu look old. and it’s not attractive at all. and if your a female there are really good weaves and extensions

The only way to stop this, is to fix the source of your stress.
If its your job, maybe try to cut back the work load (or just remember: it’s only a job!)
There are some good meditation’s out there on CD, which I find really soothing….
Just breathe and relax…
You might also find a mantra relaxing. Its just something you say over and over to yourself, when you find your stressed, or becoming a bit anxious.

You might like to try:
” I am cool”
” The wind floats over me”
” Lift me up” (that’s my one)

Stress can definitely cause hair loss. It’s called alopesia nervosa. The good news is that it’s temporary. If you can’t avoid a stressful situation, your doctor can prescribe something to calm you down until it’s over. You can also use volumizers for your hair or take special vitamins. Health stores carry vitamins that stimulate hair growth.
I went through a very difficult time when my husband died and I started losing hair. Thankfully, that’s all behind me.
It will pass and you’ll have your hair back.
