    Some people are born more suseptable to stress than others.
    Others, seem to become stressed from problems they are now facing.

    I would say that people in the corporate world, people in bad relationships, teens, parents of teens, and working moms with infants have a lot to stress over. Not to mention people who are prone to anxiousness to start with.

    Exercise is a good stress reliever–even walking can help. Punching something like a pillow (not a person or wall) can help. In my family we yell and scream (but do not hit).

    I understand that B vitamins help–but check to see which ones and how much of each to take.

    there’s alot of causes of stress for example if you are working and you can not do it anymore because of too much work and limited time you are stress, if you are driving and its traffic for almost 1 hour and you are hurrying for your work, you are stress, its really on how you relate with such situation but if you are positive you can just relax and give some humor. Effective ways to release stress, think Positive, smile and laugh with your friends, go on brisk walking early morning, drink a lot of water, and Trust God for everything.

    The stress we have in our lives can always be attributed to something… even if sometimes it’s harder to figure out. Sometimes it is life events that cause stress, other times it’s just daily hassles. Some of the things that causes stress is:

    CHANGE
    LOSS
    UNCERTAIN FUTURE
    TOO MUCH WORK PRESSURE

    Listening to instrumental music can help calm you down. Playing with children is the biggest stress buster, going for a walk, or swim, for that matters any sports you like.

    Our busy lives can create stress and one of the best ways to reduce stress is to take time out. You might have to force yourself to do this if you have a busy schedule. Working mothers definately would feel more stress – I for one have, and still suffer from stress, although I have my time out on the weekends.

    If you are stressed there is one thing that is more important than anything else, and that is to get a good nights sleep.

    A good nights sleep is the best reward your body can have, and whilst still we don’t know an awful lot about being asleep, we know this is where the body recharges and re-energises itself from the stresses and strains of the previous day, ready for the next day.

    When you don’t get enough sleep therefore you can feel tired, irritable and unproductive the following day.

    Therefore be sure to give yourself enough time to get some good quality sleep each night, and if you need to have a nice soothing bath before bed to relax you and maybe listen to some nice gentle music too before falling off asleep.
